Q: Who's COCO&RIRI?

A: COCO&RIRI are original characters with the concept of siblings, created by Rashiku Lab team based in Japan.

COCO the yellow bear (little brother) and RIRI the white rabbit (big sister).

We also have an ongoing comic series on Webtoon Canvas

Q: Do you plan to add more items in the future?

A: Yes, we plan to add more items some time in the future so please stay tuned~

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept payment through PayPal.

Q: Why are some items only available through BOOTH?

A: Items that are available only through BOOTH are items that are 'made by order'. Therefore you can only order thorugh BOOTH to use this service.

Please login with a pixiv account to order through BOOTH.

Worldwide shipping is also available so please do not worry!

Q: What are Pre-Order items?

A: Pre-Order items are items that are not yet in stock. 

RETURN & SHIPPING POLICIES

Q: What are the shipping options available?

A: We have 2 types of shipping options available for international orders.

1. Default (AIR/SAL/Surface) : 3 days ~3 months
2. Tracked (EMS) : 2~4 weeks

*Some items and/or countries might be unavailable for EMS, so please check the service availability by country beforehand here!

**For local orders (Japan), please shop through BOOTH. 

Q: I placed my order but I didn't receive any tracking number.

A: Depends on the shipping method, tracking number might be unavailable.

The only shipping method with tracking number available is through EMS, which is the safest but most expensive shipping option.

Q: I placed my order but I didn't receive my items I ordered.

A: We're NOT responsible for any packages that went lost. Shipping is beyond our reach as it's handled by the shipping courier. 

Please mind that some shipping methods might take a while (up to 3 months). With complete and correct address written, the package should arrive at your place regardless.
